Customer Reviews:

  1. Im very happy with my purchase. I made a mistake ordering a part from the manufacturer, and they responded to my search for a pinless blade adapter. I am extremely satisfied with the product because it fulfills all of my needs as a scroll saw hobbyist using pinned and pinned blades. The lamp’s light quality is poor due to the flexible arm that isn’t solid but it was easily fixed with the attached light. It is easy to use and seems to be reliable. Ive been using it for about a month now without any issues.
  2. This is not something I would use. It appeared to be a useful instrument for cutting a replacement panel on our boat (no longer available). It was ideal for the purpose. I simply unpackaged it and used it as-is. Rather than hanging it, I placed it on a table at eye level. I couldnt keep the light still, so I added an overhead lamp to see smaller details as I cut. Im sure it will be much more stable and securely attached to the table next time. For me, the only drawback was that the light wasnt consistently directed at what I was working on.
  3. This saw is a great value for the money. Its as good as youd expect for the price. This saw is ideal for beginners. The table is made of stamped steel that flexes somewhat. The cutting process is very vibrational. The extremely bright light transforms into a strobe. The blade was not straightened from the cut line due to indentation in the blade holders for pinned blades. This allowed the blade to twist in saddle indents in the bladeholder, creating vibration. The light is strong and the small blower is a good value. It did help to justify its purchase after cutting 50 7/20 cm maple boards as an introduction to scroll sawing, but there was plenty of sanding.
